Georgie Okell is a PT, fitness instructor and television and radio presenter. She began her career with Channel 4 in the UK, where she hosted iconic shows such as T4 and Freshly Squeezed. She went on to create, produce and host award-winning shows around the world including The Fox Problem with Gemma Cairney and Georgia LA, Pop Goes The Future in New York, and Radio Headspace in LA.  Having been a massive fitness fanatic for years, a competitive skier and an ultra-marathon runner, Georgie finally decided to take it to the next level and move back to London. She will push you to your limits both mentally and physically.
