Pilates done the Rebel way. A darkened room, big tunes and plenty of heart rate rising moves to work up a sweat. 

Using our state of the art Reformer beds, this low impact workout will improve your strength, flexibility, coordination and overall fitness. Open to all, with no previous pilates experienced required, our trainers will guide you through a sweat filled 45 minute session. Expect dynamic movements, isolated muscle holds and moves to the beat of the music.
