Book Sessions

How do I book a session?

You book your sessions through the ‘book sessions’ tab at the right hand corner of this page. We have 5 clubs so be sure to hit up the correct location.

How do I add myself to the waitlist?

You can add yourself to the waitlist on the individual session page by selecting ‘add to waitlist’.

Can I transfer a booked session to a friend if I can’t attend?

This is dependent on what package you have. Call the relevant studio here to check with the team.

The Sessions

What kind of sessions do you offer?

We’ve got 3 concepts for you to choose from. ReshapeRide and Rumble. Each session varies between 45 minutes and 1 hour of physical exertion.

What happens if I'm late for a session?

When a session has started the doors are closed. So don't be late - you snooze, you lose. 

I’ve not done HIIT before, will I be ok?

Of course, we’ve got your back. Our workouts are scalable and accessible to everyone. Train at your own pace but always bring your a-game. Be sure to turn up 15 minutes before the session for your first timer induction.

Do I need to bring my own specialised kit?

Yes, please wear workout wear.

Reshape - we recommend wearing suitable running trainers
Ride - we provide cleats or if you have your own we use Look Keo's. 
Rumble - we provide gloves to rent for £1 and wraps to buy for £3. But if you have a lucky pair, feel free to bring your own.

 

Do you offer corporate events or private sessions for groups?

Yes, bring the whole squad down to classes. We can offere private venue hire too.

Absolutely, and a lot of them. No need to bring a lock, we operate on a code combination setup.

Do you have water or should I bring my own?

All our studios are zero single-use plastic free and we provide reusable stainless bottles to borrow for your session. If you’d prefer to bring your own bottle, we also have water stations available.

Is there food and drinks available to buy?

We have post-session protein shakes available from our 1R Bar that can be pre-ordered on arrival or ordered there. We don’t have any food options but we can direct you to some great places to refuel close by.

What do you provide?

Shower towels, sweat towels, hair products, deodrant, moisturiser, cleanser, GHD hairdryers and straighteners, ironing boards and specialised kit for the sessions (cleats).

We even have an on-site Barber + Blow dry bar for cuts and shaves for the men and blow-drys, braids and styling for the ladies that you can book into. You'll leave looking better than you arrived.

Are there showers?

Yes, and they’re pretty damn slick. We’ve kitted them out with Gazelli body wash, shampoo and conditioner and we also have cleanser and moisturiser to keep you looking sharp.

Buy Sessions

How do I buy a session or a 1R package?

You can buy individual sessions or packages through the ‘buy sessions’ tab at the right hand corner of this page. Or through our App.

What’s the difference between a 1R pass and a 1R package?

A 1R Pass is a non-contract reoccurring payment that allows you to access any 1Rebel clubs. The Pass is to be used by the holder only and cannot be shared.

A 1R Package starts from the day you book your first session and will expire dependent on the stated expiry date indicated on the buy page. A package can be shared between two people.

Cancellation

Can I cancel a session?

Yes (but why would you want to do that?). Here’s the deal if you do:

We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. 

If you cancel within 12 hours:
Packages: You lose a session
Passes: You will be charged £12

No Show

What happens if I don’t show up?

We will find you...

Package holders: You will lose the session
Pass holders: You will be charged with a £15 "no show" fee and re-credited your session.

Freezing My Rebel Pass

Can I freeze my 1R pass?

Yes, if medical proof is provided. 

 

Can I cancel my 1R pass and rebuy?

Yes at any point via your account and repurchase on the ‘buy sessions’ page.

Pass and Package Expiry

What do I do when my 1R Pass expires?

Your 1R Pass will auto-renew on the same date each month (being the date on which the pass was activated) unless you contact the team otherwise.

What do I do when my 1R Package expires?

Your 1R package will expire on the date highlighted when you bought the package (check details in your account section). You can then re-purchase the same or new package/ pass.

Terminating My Pass

Can I terminate my 1R Pass?

Yes, at any time with at least 1 day ahead of the renewal date. For example, if your next renewal date is 30th September, you need to cancel by 29th September in order to avoid being charged for the next 1R Pass cycle. Note that if you do terminate your 1R Pass, you will be subject to current membership rates upon your return.

How do I terminate my 1R Pass?

You are responsible for terminating your own billing cycle by logging into your online account, selecting ‘my packages’ and selecting "end contact". Please note the "no refunds" policy.

Can I top up my 1R Pass?

Yes, if you’ve used up all your sessions for the month you can top it up by calling your local club. 

Billing

When am I charged?

When you sign up and purchase your 1R Pass, your first pass cycle will be billed immediately.

Will my billing reoccur?

+-

When you purchase your 1R Pass, you authorise us to charge you a monthly fee at the current rate. Any increases in the current rate will be communicated via email with 1 months notice after your initial 6 month billing cycle. We will inform you by e-mail or other form of communication.

Can I get a refund?

No, refunds will not be given for any purchase made on the 1R site.
