RIDE CLASS TYPES

REBEL RIDE

A party on a bike guaranteed to make you sweat. All to the beat of the music, this session will push you with sprints, endurance pushes and bodyweight work. Weights are also provided for a dedicated arms section. Available at St Mary Axe, South Bank and Victoria.

METRICS RIDE

This is where power and pace come together to help you focus on strength and performance. Expect heavy climbs mixed with targeted sprints and a sprinke of choreography. Available at High Street Kensington and St John's Wood.
